Service Description
Erin Jackson Physiotherapy Services offers 1:1 exercise sessions so you can choose whether you want to work your strength, balance, posture, or a combination. These sessions will improve your confidence and your technique whether you're doing body weight exercises, or lifting weights. Remember bones and muscles are living tissues and we can make positive adaptations to them through exercise! With a commitment to care and support, we strive to empower you on your journey to better bone health and well-being. Please note this is a practical session, so come suitably dressed and ready to work. Cancellation Policy
We are unable to provide refunds or carry-overs for PAYG classes. Every effort to swap you into an alternative class will be made, but this may not be possible due to numbers. We reserve the right to cancel this class should minimum numbers not be met, in which case you will be refunded.
